Subject to all participants following Covid-secure guidelines, we are still offering viewings and inspections on the following basis.

Wherever possible, a Louch Shacklock representative will provide access to the premises and wait outside whilst the viewing takes place. If required, we can maintain contact during the viewing via mobile phone and we will be available a socially-distanced conversation outside. Your time within the premises should be kept to a reasonable minimum.

Before requesting a viewing, please confirm:

- You have not displayed COVID-19 symptoms within the past 10 days
- You have not knowingly been in the presence of someone displaying COVID-19 symptoms within the past 10 days
- You will have a properly worn face-covering in place throughout the viewing
- You agree to adhere to Government guidelines concerning social-distancing throughout the viewing
- Confirm you are using the ‘NHS Covid-19’ App and allowing it to record your proximity to others

You will be asked to provide positive confirmation of the above before any viewing can proceed.
