Louch Shacklock and Partners has completed a letting at Linford Wood Business Centre within a month of being instructed by the estate’s new owners Prospect Estates.

Tim Whittaker of Prospect Estates commented: “We are delighted to have achieved success so soon after purchasing the Linford Wood estate, our first property investment in Milton Keynes. Louch Shacklock was extremely proactive in identifying the right tenant at the right time and we were able to agree terms and complete the letting with minimal fuss.”
Jonathan Whittle of Louch Shacklock added: “It’s been a pleasure working with Prospect Estates so far and we look forward to further success at Linford Wood this year.”
Klood Digital is a local company operating in the leading-edge social media sector and is relocating from smaller premises elsewhere in Milton Keynes.
Louch Shacklock has further office space available at Linford Wood Business Centre from 1,000-22,000 sq ft (93 m2 – 2,044 m2).
